OBJ had virtually no projects in 8 years, Yar'Adua barely got any project started in his 2 years until his health started failing him, Buhari hasn't commissioned a borehole even? And you claim to be smart? If you aren't using money for anything, why would the reserves not rise unprecedentedly?

GEJ deviated from the norm of doing nothing and increasing the reserves solely. And I see nothing wrong in that. OBJ that increased so much reserve did not build one university. Note that all through, including under Yar'Adua and GEJ, when revenue increased, the reserves increased. When revenue fell, the reserves fell.
