Its a natural human emotional reaction, if you get cut-off like dat, you'd be hurt bt the truth is, its normal, there is nothng wrong with wanting 'you-time'. I used to hav a problm with doing wats best for me cos I'd rather hurt myself than hurt others, but life is sweeter wen you learn to balance it, as long as you don't overdo any of the two, pleasing yourself or pleasing them, you'd be fine.
