Seriously, are we going back to the era of using letters. Are we going back or forth? I thought internet has done everytin rite nd easier? Or are letters cheapers? Seriously everyone should write one to the powers that be because that's the only ways you can be heard in nigeria today. The only way you can get to be relevant. Who will you write one to?

This is like saying “I saw a dog get hit by a car today. So dogs are now getting hit by cars?”. It’s an open and shut statement.

So OP, expatiate on what the problem was at the time and I’ll post an opinion.
