Take a good look at the list. It consists of Millitary men and their associates.

The Millitary regime was responsible for the past widespread looting of this Country.

I saw this very list in a cheap evening newspaper way back in 1999. it' s even incomplete here as the older one has Gens Onyinlola and Marwa on it. I remember that a very close friend of Onyinlola saw it with me that day and bought the paper from me to show it to him jokingly. So nothing new about it and in retrospect, I think its one of those unverified news.

So one can validly conclude that Northerns conceived corruption and ruined this country. Shameful.
