Job Description: Marketing, PR & Partnership Manager

The role develops and manages new and existing relationships with Kaymu workplace partners, affinity /affiliate partners, the press and other external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be working very closely with the Managing Director and will take hands on approach, ensuring that marketing partners are managed with the highest level of service. The successful candidate will be actively looking for bigger partnership relationships and public relations opportunities to increase brand awareness and orders. Moreover, you will need to perfectly understand the trends and fashion styles of the the market, assess “what’s hot” in Lagos and create marketing campaigns accordingly.
Working within the Marketing and Communications team, the role offers excellent opportunities to develop and utilize skills in stakeholder management, new business and strategy development, financial reporting and communications.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• A background in business development, sales, marketing or public relations
• Excellent relationship building, account management and interpersonal skills
• Experience developing relevant new initiatives, products and/or projects
• Existing contact with the traditional and new media journalists/publications
• Track record of delivering against financial targets
• Strong organizational, research, reporting and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of Lagos markets, trends and communities.
Experience in engaging with organizations on partnerships or similar initiatives and having a commitment to workplace sustainability principles is highly desirable.
