From what you said i believe you want to put for application in a form that you can put it on CD for distribution. There are four steps 1- you create .jar file 2- you create exec file, i use exe4j 3- you create an icon for your app, i use convetico.com 4- you wrap you program with installer, i use inno setup |

Build the project to get the executable file .jar format then you can use Advanced Installer to package it |

Try NSIS, its free and open source installer and packager |
