Procedure TTT - ONE Million Barrels BLCO

Price N82/4.

1. Buyer signs SPA and return with Valid vessel details and ATL.

2. Seller sends Loaded Vessel details to Buyer for tracking.

3. Buyer sends a discoutable N50m manager's chepue or Bank draft in
favour Seller cashable immediately after transhipment of product.

4. Seller opens communication with Buyer's vessel and both vessel
longsides for transhipment.

5. Seller cashes the N50m manager's cheque and Buyer's Inspector conducts Q&Q.

6. Buyer receives soft copy of all shipping documents for payment.

7. Payment is confirmed, Buyer received hard copy and vessel sails away
