Which Rap Album Has The Best Intro? by superstan(m): 6:50pm On Aug 01, 2008
hello hip-hop lovers,

i was having an argument with my homies yesternight about the best intro to any rap album.

many of us think it is the intro of jay-z's dynasty album while some think stillmatic's intro is the best.

what do you think? thank you. cool
Re: Which Rap Album Has The Best Intro? by Hannibal: 7:07pm On Aug 01, 2008
Notorious B.I.G.--------READY TO DIE.

The intro told his story from birth to his street-hustling and to his prison release. grin cheesy
Now that's what i call an INTRO. . . . .

Bone Thugs' E. Eternal in 1995 was also weird.
Some smart production coupled with goth made it classic. wink

I wouldn't want to go foreign. But the best intro i have ever heard to a rap album certainly has to be ruggedman's 'naija hiphop 101'.It was marvellous. He melodiously highlighted the basic ingredients an upcoming artiste needs to be successfull. It's great from Ruggedman.

That's the height of intro making.
Stillmatic's intro is also a classic.
I kinda like Massacre's intro too(hate the album though).

u are probably talking about jay-z's worst intro.

dynasty's intro was a classic.

just when rap fans were bopping to dynasty, blueprint's intro smashed dynasty.

looking back, there are so many phat intros out there but what about outros??

what outro can match eminem's encore in 2004. he shot his own fans(priceless) cheesy grin

Oh shit . . . forgot to add the Intro of It Ain't Safe No More - Busta.

A girl of about five sees a letter bomb with lyrics of a song and asks to sing it.
At the end a bomb explodes.

Just imagine a girl of five singing this:

Hush other rap for niggas, don't you cry
Flip Mode is back, and you are gonna dye
Now they are niggas and they make it fall good
It can be alot safer, when they move off the hood
It's too late for you to try to call a truce
You tell him and your nigga like the cipher on lose

Better watch your head
You better watch how you talk
Watch me sleep, watch me walk
Always beware of a choice you make
Every time you click every route you take
Crazy shit of you everytime I had to talk
I get really pass, since the fallin' of New York

Now we sayin' shit I never thought we'd say before
You might realize It Ain't Safe No More
[Slower]
If you would realize It Ain't Safe No More
[Even Slower]
If You would realize It Ain't Safe No More.

Bomb explodes.
