Anybody know where I can buy good quality 6'' block, cement and rod at Abuja at reasonable rates.
I am not looking for the ones that will cause building's catastrophic collapse

1.Dunu blocks at Dawaki (oposite gwarimpa) near News Engineering Yard
2. Finze blocks Kado(Near Setraco. on the express 2 gwarinpa from wuse II)
3. Gongola blocks (near Finze)
if u get cash go and ask Berger (at utako) or Dantata and sawo(close to printing and minting office)
one block may cost as much as 200 naira (6")

AS 4 the Rods and cement, it depends on your site location
If it is at mararaba, karo asokoro, etc u can go to Kugbo building material market
if the site is along zuba road , go 2 Dede market
if u can give the exact location i can tell u where u can get them
the nearer the site to the market, the better 4 u, so u can avoid the police and other uniformed men.

I don't know the current price of both blocks and cement (it varries Daily).
No i don't have their numbers.
Yes am in the building industry in Abuja(a civil engineer) and i have worken on some major projects which als includes a bank, 4 Floor hotel and a swimming pool.
