The Defence headquarters claimed on Monday that its operations has led to the killing of several terrorists who carried out the pre-dawn attack in Bama town in Borno State. According to a statement by the Director of Defence Information, Chris Olukolade, who is a Major General in the army, “The military operations to track insurgents who carried out the last Friday pre-dawn attacks on Mohammed Kur Barracks, Bama, has led to the destruction of over 20 vehicles conveying escaping terrorists.
