The police in Badagry, Lagos State, on Monday arraigned Segun Ogundele, 25, at a  Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing three bags of rice valued at N25,000, the News Agency of Nigeria reports. The prosecutor, Inspector Innocent Uko , told the court that Ogundele, of No. 17 Ilunla, Aradagun, was facing  one count  of theft.Uko alleged that the accused and two others at large, had on December 21, 2013, at Aradagun Bus Stop, committed the offence. The prosecutor said that the rice belonged to one Mr. Emmanuel Ofoke. He said that they committed the act while trying to help the owner to carry the consignment to the bus stop.Uko said the offence was punishable under the Criminal Code of Lagos State, 2011.However, counsel to the accused, Mr. Akoji James, pleaded with the court to grant his client bail since investigation into the matter was still ongoing.James assured the court that his client would not jump bail, adding that he would always attend the court hearings. The Magistrate, Mr Abiodun Etti, granted the accused bail for N100,000 with a surety resident in Badagry magisterial district.Etti adjourned the case to January 28, 2014, for further hearing.

Oga, my heading says " of rice bags" not "rice bags" as you ve said.

I got your point. Get mine too, we still saying the same thing here.

This is an uncountable noun(rice) to make uncountable nouns countable, add a countable word such as a unit of measurement. E.g " a .......... of ........" huh
