I just finished mine. I suggest that if u have not written u go with calculator and dictionary. Its is very easy, lots of sentence correction and very few simple calculation. I did mine in the office though so i couldn't concentrate fully.
Wish u all luck.

Well, nairalanders. My test was scheduled to hold from 9 to 10 am this morning, and hold it did. I got to the office early in the mornin so I could get an excuse to sneak out to a cafe where I wont be disturbed. I hardly encountered problems and finished way before time(the test wasn't difficult). It just consisted of simple sentence corrections and arithmetic. However you got to be careful as some might be tricky. You might also consider usin a calc or a dictionary wink(Though I didnt know what to expect b4 I wrote mine) Wish u all peeps the best.

Mine has been rescheduled. There was no next icon on the page. Later on i could not gain access to the page. Meanwhile the company was wise enough to have rescheduled the test to aug 6 btw 5 and 6pm

pls did you have to send a mail to them before they rescheduled your test?
Re: Share Your Guinness E-test Experience Here by pomo: 6:41am On Aug 05, 2008
Lan i think they rescheduled the test of every one in my batch. The content of their mail was that they noticed users were experiencing problems taking the test btw 1pm and 2pm yesterday. So i really did not need to send them a mail.
Re: Share Your Guinness E-test Experience Here by Goldmann(m): 11:44am On Aug 05, 2008
I dont know why these guinness people just keep disgracing themselves. I started d test, did 20 questions perfectly, but the final page just refused to load. If ure not up 2 the task do regular tests and stop wastin my damn time. JERK OFFS
Re: Share Your Guinness E-test Experience Here by OTEGA1: 12:26pm On Aug 05, 2008
hello guys this guinness thing is a scam. imagine i did mine clicking next everything dissappered not to come back. i had to log in again. the worst thing was at a point nothing displayed on my screen and my time was clicking away. till it was time up. guinness cant get the best like this. they are not yet matured for it.
Re: Share Your Guinness E-test Experience Here by emygreat19: 12:55pm On Aug 05, 2008
I thought mine was the worst case. I started the test, answered to the last page. But, on clicking submit, the server hung.I don't know if i should be expecting a mail for rewriting.

Re: Share Your Guinness E-test Experience Here by juwanno(m): 10:12pm On Aug 05, 2008
Thank God ooooooooo! I was able to write the test without any problem. It went perfectly and i finished 26mins 54secs. It was a wonderful one. For those that were not able to write the test as a result of one error or the other, i think the server of the cafe u used must have been very slow because the Guinness website and pages were very ok, it all depended on the server you must have used. Its really a nice development by Guiness (online test). At least i have save my transport, time and strenght from travelling along journey I encourage other companies to follow this footstep. NICE ONE O GUINESS!
Re: Share Your Guinness E-test Experience Here by iamunique(f): 12:29am On Aug 06, 2008
Did you guys select 'online test' has your preferred choice while filling the form?

I chose lagos (not online test) and i did not get invited for the online test. Any hope for people like me? Is there going to be a written test?

Lastly,in my own opinion,i feel online test are best done in a 'controlled environment'. It makes it fair to all candidates. The guiness online help desk should understand what i mean.

Hi Guys,
Firstly, I thank the Almighty for his great goodness and mercy upon me and everyone of us. My own experince was quite nice, i was schedule for 7am-8am yesterday. I think i was just fortunate , because all the disappointment and discouragment i encounter later turnout to my advantage.

For those that encounter one difficulty or the other am very sorry! And i wish the them the very strenght.

If you are yet to take the online test, please read carefully the messsage sent to your (1) INBOX or BULK or SPAM messages, (2) Try and do the test login which will make you famililarize yourself to the site.(3) Make sure that your computer has Java script and PDF installed and enabled(4)If you are going to use cyber cafe, please try  find the one that their uplink and downlink is very fast , aleast 64-256kps.

I WISH EVERYONE THE STRENGHT. AMEN
