If u visitd the western part,from experience,yoruba foods are quiet spicy,not all nigerian foods are spicy,so wat exactly did u eat?

If u ate local foods in lagos,they might be a bit spicy for u cos u r probably not used to spicy foods nd western nigerians from my observation like spicy foods,but as for abuja,I always belived northern foods are not so spicy but I can't really say,all the same,not all Nigerian food is spicy
