Hi, y'all. Will soon be relocating to ibadan for work related reasons. Would like you guys to advice on good Middle class areas to rent an apartment in. The place should have (at least) regular supply of electricity and decent road network. Please suggest the places, and your estimated ranges of rent such places may have. There are so many good places to live in ibadan. To consider closeness to your place of work, I think you should try felele or soka area. They are affordable and nice place, 2/3 bedroom flats should be around 120-180k. There are good places to live also along the express that wouldn't be far from BAT. Unless you don't mind coming from far place to work. 1 Like |
