u dnt combine waec and neco. U only combine waec june and waec gce nov/dec.

no you dont need to go to ibadan..just pay to one of those banks as instructed... with ur jamb registration number slash ur name...ur jamb name...after you have paid ...they will ask you for the teller number online..then after supplying the details... you will be given username and password... on u i website....you also have to scan ur signature and pic...then uvsupply all other biodata needed.. but you will need assistance...from maybe a cafe owner.
