I want info on the above subject matter, I want to know if they issue certificate and registration number for registering ur business name. Pls mod help me take it to frontpage I need highlight on this issue. |

Incorporating involves making d business a separate entity from the owner and dat implies dat its asset is different from dat of d owner, it also implies dat d business can enter contracts, sue or be sued in its own name. All things being equal, it limits the liability of the shareholders of the company in the case of liquidation(ltd). It is however more expensive to do and involves more paper work.
