CALL CENTER EXECUTIVES(CONTRACT JOB, 1 Month)

iConcepts Limited is seeking to recruit call center Executives to work in our in-bound customer care center. We will train our executives on how to take and process call types with our specialized help desk.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6 months to 1 year Customer service experience
- Graduate (HND, NYSC, BSC)
- Basic computer skills (MS.Excel, MS. Word)
- Work 7 days a week
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and to efficiently answer and direct inquiries
- have strong multi-tasking skills
- Working hours include weekend
- Fast learner
- An excellent communicator with good spoken command of English
- Prepare and deliver documentation of problems from customers
- Ages between 18- 25 years
- Male and female required

This job is temporary.

SALARY: 40,000 a month
