Wait till you read his profile. It may just call out the entrepreneur in you. He has in his possession 5 degrees and years of working experience in the banking sector. He dumped all of that and started his baking business. And guess what......he has no regrets. Meet Joseph Temitope Oluwadipe, who will gladly tell you the satisfaction and benefits of taking that singular tough decision of starting his own business. He is the CEO, Global Exhibition Resources Nig. Ltd (GERN). His candid advice to youths roaming the streets in search of white-collar jobs is that they should take a cue from him and go into bakery and confectionary business. "Education is not an end in itself, but a means to an end. But in Nigeria, we see education as an end. The moment you have a certificate, you begin to look for white-collar job. We need to change that orientation." Oluwadipe got his 1st degree in Business Education from the University of Benin and a postgraduate diploma in Economics at University of Lagos. In between, he secured a job in the bank in 1991. http://9jaflave..com/2014/01/nigerian-man-quits-banking-for-baking-.html
