How it Work
A TAMS® device will be installed in your choice location.
All employees will be scheduled on the device based on your organization’s structure and requirements .
Employees will sign-in/sign-out with any of their fingers.
Details are captured after placing finger on the device for 2 seconds.
After authentication, employee gets a notification - “Thank you”. If employee is not authenticated, notification will be - “Please try again”.
All entries (sign-in and sign-out) are processed and uploaded automatically every minute.
Every employee that clocks-in or clocks-out will get an SMS notification and a motivation message (message content can be changed periodically).
All information is stored on the web server immediately.
Reports can be generated in Microsoft-Excel, Microsoft-Word (including other defined formats) anytime.
