yes,it does work its a tree bark from the nothern part of nigeria and its meant to be chewed on and the liquid or secreting swallowed, after a while it will cause the guy to have an erectn and most importantly sustains it for longer than normal,dont know of any temporary or permanent side effects though, dats d bit i know bou it
