Am I Being Snooped Upon? by technobayo(m): 9:06am On Aug 15, 2008
I jus hooked up an internet connection and don hear a lot about internet security. Aw can i tell if someone's hacking into my computer? Sometimes, i get prompt messages telling me the site and messages i'm about to view are not encrypted. Could they be signs of a third party snooping on me? Hola

[li]Only law enforcement agencies have the rights to snoop/wiretapp someone if they feel suspicious. (i don't know about Nigeria). That's why ISP providers allow giving the law enforcement agencies about this suspect's IP address and acount/billing information finding where he/she lives in order to be arrested for internet fraud.[/li]

Short answer: no, these are not signs that anyone is snooping on you. These are normal browser warnings.

Another IMPORTANT sign you should look out for are unnecessary and frustrating processing speed while using your system, especially ur browser(s). It could be a spyware, or a backdoor program in action. Take care while online shah!

As Seun has rightly pointed out 'No'. It is just a normal warning that there is possibility of you being snooped on. You will normally ignore this message except you are sending something sensitive, such as password. No website worth its salt will do that without SSL. I mean for important password.

S u really need worry
