I've been living with asthma for the past 13 years, I had my first attack when I was in JSS1 somtime in 1995, I'm still having attacks but not as frequent as it used to be when it started initially. Recently I have been having this backache which I found so painful and disturbing cos It keeps paining all day, I went to the hospital and complain about the backache to a doctor who said it's a result of malaria, I was giving some drugs which I used as prescribed but since then I still feel the pain and my back still aches.

I want to know if the backache is a result of me been asthmatic and if there's a solution to what I'm experiencing at the moment, my back hurts so bad that I think it's going to kill me someday, I even worry more about my backache more than I'm concerned about me been asthmatic,

Please I need people with experience, advise or if possible solution to my present predicaments, Thanks

First of all i'd like to ask if you have seen a specialist for examination and tests.If you haven't you need to right away.You may find out that your problem has a very simple solution.Or if it doesn't at least you can start treatment immediately.

In the meantime you can start taking vitamin & mineral supplements to boost your immunity to asthma and relieve your back ache.
