The recent invasion of Georgia by the Russian bear has raised great concern in the west. However if you read between the lines it looks like the beginning of a greater war. US has just signed a missile defense deal with Poland which Russia considers a threat to Mosscow. Russia hinted today that it will not rule out the use of nuclear weapons on Poland to punish her defiance of the Kremlin. If this happens a nuclear war may start and the super powers will be forced to take sides.

If we go by previous elections, Russia and China will be on one side, Us and UK will be on the other side and France this time cannot be neutral. Do you think the US is going too far with its campaign to protect the world with her missile defense systems? Can't the US locate it elsewhere outside the former Soviet states and the Baltic states? Why has the US always wanted a place that puts the USA in contention with Moscow? Do you think the Russian army is strong to stir up a global war? Should Russia or Georgia be blamed for the recent war? Your views about these issues is welcomed.
