oh, I must add that my blood level is now 8, after Blood Transfusion (3 bags). Even though I am taking iron tablets, the Docs insisted that I eat healthy 1 Like |

Eat green veggies. If you can find Ugu leaves, squeeze out the juice (don't add water) and drink. It's very strong and may make you feel dizzy but never mind. It's a very, very rich source of iron. |

thanks. Had a check up. my blood level is rising slowly but surely. My blood level is now 8. I have eat everything mentioned except the Ugu leaves. I went to two Africans store - Guinnea (sp) and Nigerian but they don't sell it. I'll keep looking |
