POSITION 1
Stewarding Supervisor (Cleaning Department)
Core working Relationships:
Room Division, Security Department, Housekeeping
Responsibilities:
• Supervises and controls maximum standards of cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas to standard and within budget requirements.
• Ensure adequate staffing based on operational requirements
• Ensures that defect and faults are reported without delay
• Ensure adequate cleaning materials and equipment stock are maintained
• Supervises staff in order to maximize their potential and effectiveness.
Educational: OND/NCE Certificate minimum requirement. WAEC/School Leaving Certificate
Work Experience: At least 3-4 cleaning supervision experience.
Personal Skills: Effective communication written skills development of subordinates, customer service orientation safety awareness.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills needed.

POSITION 2
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT)
Core working Relationships: waiters/ waitress
Responsibilities:
• Ensures food and beverage outlets to standards according to budget constraints, whilst maximizing profits
• Responsible for mini bar, room services, disperse bar and restaurants
• Cost control and stock control
• Effectively manage people in order to maximize their potential and effectiveness
• Ensure high level of guest service and hygiene
• ensure adequate staffing based on operational requirements
• Ensure the all meal, snacks and beverages prepared and presented to specified standards.
Educational:  OND/DIPLOMA in catering NCE certificate plus WAEC
Work Experience:  2-3 experience in guest contact operations
Personal Skills:  Interpersonal skills, hygiene
Technical Skills:  Basic Computer skills
