Service Desk personnel • First degree; preferably computer science or engineering [OND/HND] 1 year experience minimum • Working knowledge of Incident Management process and Service Desk function in line with international standards • Working knowledge of desktop environment (Operating systems, hardware, and software) and IT service management software • Effective and Efficient Quality Customer Service skills • Effective Communication Skills • Good people management and administrative skills • Interpersonal and team work skills. • Customer focused and open minded. • High level of commitment, accountability, integrity, assertiveness, innovation, confidence, can-do attitude and attention to detail • ITIL process knowledge End user support staff (x15) • First degree; preferably computer science or engineering [OND/HND] 1 year experience minimum • Working knowledge of Incident Management process and Service Desk function in line with international standards • Working knowledge of desktop environment (Operating systems, hardware, and software) and IT service management software • Effective and Efficient Quality Customer Service • Effective Communication Skills • Good people management and administrative skills • Interpersonal and team work skills. • Customer focused and open minded. • High level of commitment, accountability, integrity, assertiveness, innovation, confidence, can-do attitude and attention to detail • Above average use of MS office tools • Good Hardware trouble shooting skills [1st & 2nd level, HP Laptops, PCs, Printers, network devices & Network media] • Ability to think outside the box, show initiative • CCNA / MCP desirable • ITIL process knowledge / Certification Service Operations Manager •Minimum 2 years IT Technical support experience •ITIL process knowledge / Certification •Good communication skills [Management communication; documentation & reporting skills; Spoken & Email] •Good Leadership skills •Familiarity with project management processes, planning tools & scheduling techniques. •First degree or HND; preferably computer science or engineering •Working knowledge of Incident Management process and Service Desk function in line with international standards •Working knowledge of desktop environment (Operating systems, hardware, and software) and IT service management software •Effective and Efficient Quality Customer Service •Effective Communication Skills •Good people management and administrative skills •Customer focused and open minded. •High level of commitment, accountability, integrity, assertiveness, innovation, confidence, can-do attitude and attention to detail •Above average use of MS office tools •Good Hardware trouble shooting skills [1st & 2nd level, HP Laptops, PCs, Printers, network devices & Network media] •Ability to think outside the box, show initiative •Above average use of MS office tools •MCP desirable •CCNA & above desirable Please forward your cv's to ola.oguntoye@cwlgroup.com, o_olayemi@yahoo.co.uk |
