• CCNA / MCP desirable
• ITIL process knowledge / Certification

Service Operations Manager

•Minimum 2 years IT Technical support experience
•ITIL process knowledge / Certification
•Good communication skills [Management communication; documentation & reporting skills; Spoken & Email]
•Good Leadership skills
•Familiarity with project management processes, planning tools & scheduling techniques.
•First degree or HND; preferably computer science or engineering
•Working knowledge of Incident Management process and Service Desk function in line with international standards
•Working knowledge of desktop environment (Operating systems, hardware, and software) and IT service
 management software
•Effective and Efficient Quality Customer Service
