Hey, I think your online blog is a great idea, I love food like you do and would sit infront of tv to get new recipes most f the time, but recently I runout of ideas for meals to cook and ended up taking custard, indomie etc, u know all the cooking that does not reequire any major ingredients! Now I know ill be preparing yam porridge this evening. Please bring in more recipes, rice recipes, banga soup etc, Dont stop and do publish the cook book. It would help a lot of people.
