Pleasantries first: Hope you lovely fellas had a lovely christmas Now to football: the NFL needs to get rid of this division leaders nonsense and let the best record get into the postseason how can those useless Chargers be in with a .500 record? and the Pats are going home 11-5? Anyways e go betta . . . see as Rikky get mouth talk today . . . rikkyjen:LOL . . . you're crazy but you're right I know a few things about bragging, but most importantly, bragging always comes to an end I cannot believe the Titans limped into the playoffs like that, what a shame. And seeing how suddenly weak the AFC contenders are looking, anything is possible for those evil Colts. A-40, chai! I felt sorry for you as I watched the game, 44-6 Lawd hav merci! If I were a fan I'd be worried 'bout Romo. He looked too calm & chill & smiley, wasn't visibly disappointed about how poorly he & the team played. A good atittude towards life BUT not towards winning. He doesn't have the stuff that champions are made of. That's why he will continue to fall short in big moments. The Pacman & Roy Williams acquisitions were total busts - JJ needs to stop taking cues from Mark Cuban. |

layifioren:hehe I've been wondering who was responsible for that historical comeback now I know who to thank doyin13:lol . . . I'm with you on that one. I think Krafty will be busy buffering up our D-line this offseason. I wasn't too let down though, with an 11-5 record, that is a good season we just had some bad luck along the way. I'm adopting the Falcons & the Panthers as my playoff teams, I'm still hoping for big things from the Titans but they're looking wimpy at the moment. Jets, Lions and Browns all fire their coaches . . . lol . . . there'll be a lotta jobs available this summer. |

Kai the media wankfest on the demise of the Cowboys was crazy ESPN hardly seem to have any other news today besides the firing and resignations of coaches from the Lions,Jets and Browns @rikkyjen Better pray Tomlinson's injury does not heal or we may have a repeat of last year's shindig because if i recall correctly the Bolts ran you out of your building I am going with the Steelers and before anyone accuses me of joining the bandwagon please take a look at this https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-170354.0.html @doyin You have started singing another hook again.O ga ooh @Jesoul That team has too many issues,Wade Phillips is just a puppet and Jerry Jones is not meddling wisely all our acquisitions have been flops and there are too many players with Texas-sized egos in that team there is no clear leader one moment its T.O the next its Romo and then Jerry Jones As for Romo i am simply sick of seeing him choke in big game after big game could you please give us Cassel? Ohh and i heard Brady proposed to Gisele |

Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by JeSoul(f): 8:31pm On Dec 29, 2008 |
A-40:lol . . . eya, its cos many heads picked them to win the SB, and not even making the playoffs is a huge disappointment. @JesoulI bet JJ is going to oust Wade, there has to be a sacrificial lamb scapegoated for the let down. As for Cassel, Kraft will be an airhead not to retain him. Brady proposed? lol . . . well at least this means his yr wasn't a total bust |

bawomolo:*here's my hug* Cold brotha, just plain cold! lol . . . . now you betta start praying the Eagles release McNabb or else this will be replaying itself this time next yr. bawomolo:e serious reach this? That's great news . . . now perhaps some of your bad luck will rub off on them by the way, mail A-40 some anti-depressants, he's going to be hurting for a long long time. |

by the way, mail A-40 some anti-depressants, he's going to be hurting for a long long time. he he, A-40 should be expecting a shipment of xoloft, aspirin and a book by Dr.Phil. take easy brother, from super bowl contenders to nada . i think peyton manning is on a mission. onyinye2: see mouth, where was all these tough talk early in the season. go to hell, you and matt schuabb |

You know. . .Prior to this weekend, I was going to suggest some sort of messenger conference amongst us regulars on this thread during the playoffs. But now I'm thinking, why bother. I don't think I want to hang with fans who have no interest in the postseason. Una bad luck fit go rub off on my Eagles |

Let the games begin . . . the Rookie of the Yr has my full blessings to make a dream flight all the way to the SB. But should they falter, I can settle for the Titans. Anything but the evil Giants |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by doyin13(m): 5:09am On Jan 03, 2009 |
Happy new year to you too o. all protocols observed, hehehehe, let us turn to important matters. Did you hear how Thomas Jones called out Brett? Orisirisi. The boy no know e seniors sha. I mean he is an alright back but that is just about it. He is alright, and Brett Favre is well, Brett Favre. Tomlinson and Gates did not practice. Hmmm. . . . Chargers have one and done written all over them. Peyton is MVP again. I don't mind actually. There was a time I used to dislike this dude. Gradually though I don warm to the guy. Before, he used to be like Quarterback Invincible, no flaws, no wear and tear. But the early season and the way they fought through all the adversity has earned my respect. |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by bawomolo(m): 6:15am On Jan 03, 2009 |
doyin13: crazy miss cleo psychic school dropout the chargers - colts game would be an offensive showdown. as for betty favre, finally someone calls him out for his annoying interceptions(not that they don't please me). after his imminent retirement, betty favre would take his rightful place as qb coach of the broncos . Thomas jones isn't exactly the right person to be opening his horse mouth considering the fear of favre helped his game a bit. the bears are in talks with rod marinelli, he may suck as an HC but that many can coach the DL better than anyone. as for you Mr.Damus, stock up tissue and painkillers for sunday . edgerrian james is leaving the cardinals, he would make a good 1-2 tandem with forte. that's if he realizes he is past his prime. |

Who saw the explosive game between Arizona Cardinal and Atlanta Falcons?, the Cardidal flew faster Go CARDICALS, they will be Carolina if they meet them on the road, |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by megap: 2:59am On Jan 04, 2009 |
@ bawomolo , If E J want leave Cardinal make he leave Tim Hightower will be a better RB for them, Player no dey call play for him own coach, that's the players dowfnall |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by bawomolo(m): 3:17am On Jan 04, 2009 |
the panthers would make a meal of some cardinals. kudos to kurt warner, he was a soldier. a certain NL pyschic needs to spanked. tim hightower is just a Goal Line back and not an every down back. you guys would need to draft a speedster. |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by rikkyjen(m): 3:41am On Jan 04, 2009 |
JeSoul & A-40 no go talk pim about Manning's MVP now oooo. See dem, bad belle San-Diego go kill us though, but we go bounce back in the 2nd half. 3 time MVP winner!!!! E easy? Una fit buy am from market. Na only Brett Favre get mouth about this joint MVP thingy. |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by bawomolo(m): 5:10am On Jan 04, 2009 |
oh sharrap, peyton manning under performing in a playoff game. well we haven't seen this one before. i smell overtime |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by rikkyjen(m): 5:31am On Jan 04, 2009 |
bawomolo: Go snatch him MVP trophy comot from him cabinet then! . Mschewww. lol True, Manning had some stupid plays though. . We are at OT now, Indianapolis looks about to be tossed out When is Chicago gonna fire Lovie Smith again? My dirty mind thinks there should be 5 NFL vacant head coach jobs now! |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by bawomolo(m): 5:39am On Jan 04, 2009 |
rikkyjen: if not for grossman handing him a gift, manning's legacy would be that of a playoffs loser. una try this season o even with the injuries. tony dungy is a real coach unlike the malu named Lovie Smith. Lovie Smith is on his last life so we shall see. i know am just a crazy bears fan but garrett wolfe can be utilized the way the chargers use darren sprolles. Only if Lovie smith could utilize talent. LT's manhood was sacrificed at the babalawo shrine, see the results of juju |
Re: NFL 11-12 Season Is Here: Where Are All The NFL Fans? by rikkyjen(m): 6:19am On Jan 04, 2009 |
Ol Boy I tire for NFL oooo. How can a game of this magnitude be determined by some sorta "Golden Goal, first to score" rule.? Hell even Sepp "My-mouth-is-leaking -i-would-die-as-FIFA President" Blatter has revoked that shitty rule away from Soccer. No doubt, Manning has just lived up to his name as a choker on Playoff games. I mean, if Manning was not sacked,a 3yrd pass woulda made us home and dry without going to OT. Na this kind game i dey love Tom Brady, bobo yen sabi play the best of football under the most heated pressure on the face of the earth! So it's over, ngwa? hehehe. Indianapolis are now the official wives of the Chargers in playoff games. How can they bundle us out in 2 consecutive seasons? Na yam or potato? So @ all NFL fans It was fun while it lasted, i go dey see una next season as my team has been bundled out. Hehehe, its time to join the loosers gang of JeSoul, A-40, Bawomolo and sit on the fence to start dishing yabbis and pouring sand in other teams garri. Thats kuku the norm here, if ur team is out, make sure u start casting pessimism on other peoples team. What a crude way for 'em "Mrs Chargers" to end my chest-beating, mouthful bragging, Yorubaman shakara-like analysis and "I told you" commentaries on this weblog! Meanwhile, IT IS OVER!!!!!!!!!, So ITS GLOATING TYME. JeSoul- my resident diagnostic NFL shrink would come in and start yarning opaks with her yeye post-mortem analysis. The worst thing in the Colts losing a game is not the pain but listening to JeSoul afterwards! |
