I'm mailing you to give you some informed advice based on your quest for an American visa. I stays and work in US,i'm not claiming to know everything,but I believe based on my years of experience here so far,I know a little about US economy,life,work,housing,transportation,medical, school, and their visa policy.
I'll tell you to keep your money and continue with whatever you're doing for a living and forget about the wrong approach to the right thing. I mean,thinking of coming to US isn't a bad idea,but the fact is that US is really not what most people in Nigeria think it is. A lot of people from Nigeria and other parts of the world are here stranded, not by their choice,but by circumstances beyond their control. America isn't heaven,neither is it a bed of roses or roller-coaster. You can only understand what I mean if you have first hand experience, by then it might be too hard going back and moving forward then 'll be practically impossible.
I'm not trying to discourage you or make you change your mind, am just pouring my heart out for you. If you have some careless money to spend,it's very okay to try to visit US and see things for youself, then you can decide if you really want to stay there. What I'm against is gambling with your last money with hope of coming to US to make a thousand times what you spent. There is where the problem is 'cos you may spend all that money and still got no visa or if you think you're lucky to get the visa,life in US especially for people without work permit could be equivalent to hell. Sounds a lilttle crazy,but that's an undilluted truth,no kidding. Ponder about all I said and make a wise decision,I'll contribute again soon. Whatever happened,do not forget to keep the dreams alive.

I think there is an adage that says 'Once beaten twice shy' if you have been scammed before, I expect you to learn from it. Nobody can give you genuine visa outside the embassy, so if you must travel at all cost then get all the America embassy visa requirements yourself and stop patronizing scammers.

And while you are at it, please give serious thought to what Dubino said. Believe me it's nothing but the whole truth.

You don't need to pay for that,it's do-it-yourself kind of thing. However,there may be application fee,I am not so sure,but if there's it should be paid directly to US embassy in Nigeria. Again,if there's anything you don't understand in the application,that is when you need somebody to explain it to you. The bitter truth is that you may not qualified based on your educational background,work experience and host of other things they may consider.
Information #2,check out this website- www.dvlottery.state.gov  that is US government website for visa lottery.So far,this is the best visa anyone can  get for US now, 'cos if you win it,they'll give you a resident permit which will enable you to live,work,go to school, travel in and out of US anytime you want.
