i applied for Canada visa and was refused with this two reasons 1. that they are not sure i will come back home after i complete my programme 2. that they are sure m a bonafide student. so i scanned the refusal page to the school.now the school has differed my admission to January 2009 and  sent an email to the Visa Officer that m a bonafid e student and that they sud give me any assistant to help me get my study permit.

i am going to submit before the end of this week but i am confused cos i don't know if i can use another Bank statement cos the former i used was my uncles company's account and for now is overdrawn.

i was advice not to use another one cos i already have a record with them , that i sud go ahead and use the one (statement of account) i have been using.

please house can u advice me on what to.cos m to resume gain by January.

thank u all.

I don't know much about Canada's visa methods. But if it was UK you can change sponsors and explain why. It's been a few months since you first applied right ?
There's a Canadian thread on the forum where you can post your question. It's still very active so you should get some replies fast.
