a) IT Manager

.  Advanced knowledge of routers,switches,firewalls
.  Software programming-micro fidelio,Acpac (added advantage)
.  Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technology
.  Superior technical aptitude,written and oral communication skills and ability to supervise or manage a 
   group of IT engineers
.  BSC in Computer Science,electronic engineer or any related field

b) Maintenance Manager

. Preventive maintenance of Hotel property within budget requirements
. Maintenance of fixed assets
. Health and safety of employees and guests
. 3-5 years cognate experience

c) Assistant Food & Beverage Manager x2

. Ensure smooth running of food and beverage outlets to standard according to budget constraints whilst 
  maximising profits
. Responsible for mini bar,room service,dispense bar and restaurants
. Cost control and stock control
. Effectively Manage people in order to maximise their potential and effectiveness
. Ensure adequate staffing based on operational requirements
. Ensure the service of all meal,snacks and beverages prepared and presented to specified standards.
. OND/Diploma in Catering,NCE Certificate
. 2-3 years experience in guest contact operations.

d) Assistant Housekeeper x2

• Ensure clean, tidy and stocked rooms / public areas and corridors to standard
• Stock control
• Quality control
• Supervise, schedule and train housekeeping staff

e) Assistant Finacial Controller

. Financial operations
. Financial reporting
. Treasury Management
. Salaries and wages
. ACCA,ACA or equivalent
. 5 years cognate experience

f) Night Manager

. Manages hotel between 9.00pm to 6.00pm
. Oversees that other departmental staff working nights are performing to company standards
. Achieve and maintain maximum guest contact whenever possible to ensure the highest standard of   
  guest satisfaction is achieved.
. Manages night auditor,night switch board operator,night driver,night porters,night receptionists/cashier
. Deal with all guests complaints promptly


g) GM Secetary/Banquet co-ordinator

• Sell Banqueting facilities on request
• Take bookings, confirm and co-ordinate arrangements
• Greet contact person on arrival and deal with guests
• Ensure all administration concerning the function is correct
• Assist with billing information
• Follow up post function to ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with different departments concerning guest requirements

h)  Night Guest Services Attendant

• Responsible for answering telephone calls
• Take messages
• Check guests in or out
• Billing
• Handles guest queries
• Process payments
• Make reservations
• Administration
• Cashing up - banking
• Balance daily revenue/ night auditing
