Lupe and Chingy are not even Africans. So they don't have to be in this post. When we make a black post then post them in. Even though i love Lupe (that's my guy and he knows how to rap). They need to be in a black people post, not Africans. Unless they are are half Africans and half African-Americans or so. @DeepZone Who are those boys graduating with guns in their hand? Are they even Nigerians, they don't look like it? I think i understand the message behind them. It's suppose to resemble the conflict between how many Rebels in Nigeria are graduating from college and then joing rebels. Am I right? |

does the valedictorian get the best gun??Roflmao It's suppose to resemble the conflict between how many Rebels in Nigeria are graduating from college and then joing rebels. Am I right? I don't know. When I saw the picture, I thought that it's MEND sending us message that they are graduating into sophisticated terrorists with good education since Edo state is also Niger Delta. |

DeepZone: I'm seriously starting to understand some Nigerians' attitude about Nigeria. The people in that picture don't look Nigerian in any way. Nigerians pride themselves on their appearance at social events, and I don't know of any graduation ceremony in Nigeria where the students will turn up in that kind of outfit. Wearing slippers and looking unkempt. For you and others to believe that photo is Nigerian, shows how out of touch a lot of people are, about the country. Those people don't look Ijaw either. The lighter one could pass for some kind of Nigerian, but even then it would be a wild guess. The MEND people do not look like that. If you're not familiar with the Ijaw look, check out that documentary Poison Fire. It gives a general idea though still not a comprehensive one. Ekpoma people are also not like that. They tend to be on the lighter side, and have their own specific look most times. Not resembling the people in this photo in any manner. na wa for Nigerians oh. The idea that anyone could post a picture like this in the belief that its Nigerian. <smh>. God wont grant some people's wishes for that country sha. And many of the students at that university are actually from well to do homes. This was shocking, I wont lie. ![]() |
