Please i'm creating an identity for a company, which one is better for approval ? which of them do you think i can send to them?? specify by stating the number e.g. 1 or 2

I would go with #1 (looks more professional to me, for a consultancy firm) but as dezzi has said, from experience, tis best for u to show them all at once. In addition to giving them many choices, it also makes them think that they have only 4 choices to choose from and will hv u make modifications based on what u show them, as opposed to what they have in mind.

Poster, do you have to keep to these colours. If not, try something a bit brighter and eye catching. These look so dull and miltary-like.

Speaking as a developer, I guess with all of you saying #3, it really reaffirms that I am a developer and not a designer. When I look at #3, I see a kid jumping over a logo. In other words, it looks tacky to me for a consultancy to have such a logo. Now, if they are serving kids, different story. If it's for a serious company, I think they deserve something solid. Then again, I am not a designer so what do I know?
