Don't give up ,keep trying. keep refreshing the browser. I attempted more than ten times before I succeeded.

Keep trying, or better still, restart your browser and then try again from scratch, I mean from portal.nysc.gov.ng, not from nysc.org.ng/resumepayment.aspx. Cheers.

Well, true, printed for two peeps too, but some still getting the 3-tab page; I want to believe theirs ain't uploaded yet, they should just keep trying, as soon as it's uploaded, they'll get the pop-up.
