He then comes to you and you say the colour of your hat with 100% certainty. The guard has no choice but to release the three of you.

Wat I do in my own case is design the card on my laptop and giv d softcopy the person who would make it....d easiest way for u is to collect a mate's own and giv it to d guys dat make id card to create(you'll need to giv them a passport sized photo of u)....its simple....ure in which state?
