This method is for MTK devices only. The Tecno N3 has a Qualcomm chip. Doesn't mean you can't change the IMEI. It's quite complicated. I'll drop a tutorial soon.

It's quite easy. Changing with MTK DROID TOOLS is quite easier than using engineering mode.
