Hello greetings HouseI I make use of Techno M3 & everytime time I buy data, I usually set my phone to restrict back data so as to avoid rapid data exhaustion. And whenever I do so, My Whatsapp, Opera, Chrome and most Application works fine except Bbm. Pls I need help from any guru as to how to make my Bbm function along side other App when backround data is restricted.. thank you All |

All you gurus out there; will somebody tell me what is wrong with my request? ha ..ha.. to upgrade my m2 to kit kat easily every body vamose. Abi Ebola dey inside. Even the system update in the phone say 4.2.4 inside is d latest; no be lie. naijalaria don't catch am? l beg make some body help. l throw salute. |

yeah.... but it hardly heats up,... again, it has the same processor and ram size as Gionee p4

Na because u no take paim read from page 29 down here because if u do, u wil knw dat system is d only way to upgrade to kotkat. For nw no OTA(no inbuilt internet update from phon) eupdate. Tins u need are... 1. Get a system. Very compulsory wven if it aint m2 u wan do... 2. Get splash tools... Its meant for flashin stock rom for all mtk devices. 3. Get d company's driver from dia site or ggenrallt search for" mtk usb driver" 4. Download d stock rom specific to ur device frm..... CHeck previous pages...dats all and all d tutorials needed to flash d rom wil b provided in d respective site u got it from 5. If u ar to lazy to go tru al dose techy experience, u can pay smone to help u or u mite b lucky to get smone to do it for free... |

@ Gionee M2 CLIQUE  So I just got my own M2 today...and I just have a couple of questions... I'm not exactly a fresher when it comes to phone tweaking and stuff but I'm not a graduate either..so I would really be awesomely grateful if any one of you would help me out with the following questions.. 1.I want to upgrade to kitkat but just for safety I want to back up my stock ROM....please how do I do this.? 2.I want to root this device... which is the best rooting app without PC to use.. Frama Root? 3.If I root by Frama root..would I still need to download Super SU separately? 4.Is there any other app I need to download alongside framaroot to ensure proper rooting? 5.Do I need to back up my stock ROM before even rooting? Thanks guys. |

Rooting: go to http://www.mgyun.com/m/en and just click "download" it wil download a file named iroot.apk open d app and click on root bt mk sure ur data conn. is switchd on b4 rootin afta rootin check ur menu nd u wil c an app calld "kinguser" dats ur superuser den u cn uninstal d iroot app Custom Recovery: go 2 playstore and search recovery tools u wld c an app named root [flashr] or sumtin like dat d icon has a thunderbolt on it den instal it download CTR recovery 4rm here http://d-h.st/kLF dwnload it 2 ur sdcard open d app u dwnlded and click on flash recovery den click on "other from storage" locate d file u dwnloaded b4 and click it it wil prompt u a question den choose yes please wait 4 it 2 finish..... Backing Up Rom afta it finishd flashin boot into recovery go to "backup and restore" den choose backup wait 4 it 2 finish. afta bckin up reboot phone den go 2 ur sdcard nd u wld c a folda named "CLOCKWORKMOD" THAT IS UR BCKUP |

swisscarter: Thank you sooo very much for taking out time to answer me.... I'd already used vroot to root it so I guess I'm in the clear from that I hope... I used root checker to check the validity of the rooting and it gave me an affirmation.. About the download to sdcard part.. Is it the sdcard of the internal memory /device storage or the SD card of the external storage /memory card.. These terms always get me confused... thanks a tonne man |
