Take for example, if "XYZ" telecoms company has a flaw (e.g. memory being overwritten in very short seconds) that allows a user to recharge their account twice in a 10 seconds space. (so I have 100 naira in my bank account, and I recharged twice (200), it goes through but my bank is not debited and never debited because I recognized the flaw in the system and I know that I only I have to do this in the space of 10 seconds only, have I hacked into XYZ?) But does that also mean it shouldn't be fixed?

But yea there are several arguments regarding how hacking is defined so its okay if you have your reservation.
