Awoniyi. He misses a sitter and Brazil scores again. Manu Garba should sub him off and bring in a midfielder |

Success Isaac is our best player on the pitch. Our defence is porous, Zaradeen Bello isn't closing down well, failed to watch the ball for Brazil's second goal. |

The Brazil team is nearly impeccable in front of goal. They capitalise on any lil chance. 1 Like |

Am not envying these goal keepers at all. The two teams have people who can score brilliantly. 2:2. There would be a harvest of goals. Nepa playing games with light. My gen dey ground gidigba. |

linked:Hmmm...He should make ammendments fast. Under-20 is a different ball game o, they don't even allow our players relax on the ball but we make them do whenever they attack us.We are poor at defending corners too, they are taller and have more jump power. They have been targeting a particular tall dude. It is time we stopped conceiding corner kicks. 1 Like |

i wouldnt really blaMe Awoniyi for not scoring that goal, the angle was kinda tight... But,they really need to utilize their opportunities! Especially against a team like Brazil |

naturalwaves:I have always insisted on a compact midfield against brazil... And suggested that garba plays Sokari instead of taiwo with Isaac upfront... Since sokari is a midfielder he can always track back to support the wing back... But Manu no gree.. . Hope he learnt from this... 1 Like |

The two ifeanyis need a serious talking to. I will advice Awoniyi be taken off for Sokari or Nwakali, Iheanacho should play right, Isaac Success be the lone man upfront. Brazil has been the better side |

Ndidi is protecting Musa, but Bello is not doing such a great job for Mustapha. Ifeanyi Ifeanyi is not mopping up nicely. |

StealthyMe: He wasn't very composed. You can see he miscued the ball. But the game is very open. Our attack takes out their defence easier than they do to ours. But their strikers are very potent. So they score their chances. Good game overall. But we need a strong man in front of the defence. Possibly sokari. 1 Like |

Mustafa dey shake, he is not in this game at all, he needs to be changed, he is the weak link so far. I also dont like that our defenders play with the ball at the bck too much |

LeeCodeman: That's why I like Idowu , knos how to shield the defense , but manu's plan is pure attacking |

mackfame: Not true. The poor guy is being left alone. No one is covering for him. It's usually 2 against one for him, sometimes 3. |

First half over..mbest player of the half, Success Isaac, nice ball controls, relaxed, has eye for killer passes, confident. Awoniyi needs to time his runs well, read passes better and a bit clinical. Ihenacho seems laid back a bit. Ifeanyi ifeanyi was sluggish and didn't pass well at all.I think Yahaya is better on the left side of the midfield.....our defence is so slow in closing down, Bello needs to learn how to follow the ball and not the man. Our keeper should stop panicking particularly during set pieces. The defence is poor, hiw can 2,3 players go mark one player and leave central defence empty? |

We need Idowu in this midfield. |
Re: Flying Eagles of Nigeria Thread: U-20 World Cup (New Zealand 2015) by lexyman(m): 2:57am On Jun 01, 2015 |
The defense is too expose , d defensive midfielders has not really done well , this has kept Iheancho out of the game . |

If only Isaac had been selfish we would have been leading now. He has a killer instinct. |

Ndidi hz bn impressive.. our problems from the formation.. the left back is suffering, he is too exposed.. no communication btw d midfielders and the defenders... our Gk isn't too good wt aerial balls.. and d Brazilians corner kicks hz bn deadly..so we need to avoid conceding corner kicks.... meanwyl who saw dat jay jay's pass frm Yahaya.? I expect us to substitute one of d strikers...mostlikely Awoniyi..by either Simon or bulwa, then Ify ifeanyi replaced with a more mobile midfielder.. could be Sokari or Nwakali.. |

mackfame: That's why the goals came from his side. Ndidi and Yahaya are helping Musa. Success and Bello are leaving Mustapha for dead. Ifeanyi is sleeping. |
