HORDC is extending the scope of its programmes to the grassroot and
promoting Community-Level engagements for human and organizational
capacity-building required for sustainable grassroot development.

We therefore require the services of part-time Local Project
Coordinators (LPCs) in all the Local Government Areas (LGAs) in
Nigeria to serve as HORDC's Agent/Representative in each LGA

young men and women between the ages of 18 to 35 with relevant
academic and professional qualifications are hereby encouraged to
apply.

Prospective applicants must possess the following:
1. any post-secondary school degree: (OND, NCE, HND, BSc/BA, MSc/MA/M.Ed, etc);
2. sofficient ICT skills especially use of internet and social media;
3. Good communications and inter-personal skills;

HORDC is a new nongovernmental organization committed to providing
support to public and private grassroot organizations with a view to
building their human and organizational capacities.

Our goal is to deploy very innovative strategies and tools to help
grassroot organizations achieve optimum performance and productivity.

We target local organizations like schools, small and medium scale
businesses, religious/faith-based organizations, community-based
organizations, nongovernmental organizations, media organizations,
local government agencies, etc.

HORDC is also committed to supportting grassroot organizations to
identify and worith with relevant international, national, state and
local laws, policies, programmes, as well as partners and colaborators
in order to achieve their objectives.
