It's an optical illusion. The more you look, the less you see. You see the black dots everywhere, but they turn to white as soon as you try to focus on them. |

Op, If you tilt your phone slightly you will see the black dots as if it appear momentarily and vanish again. This is observed where those white spots are. It's not steady. But now you must pay for straining my eyes.  |
