Thank you for taking part in the UAC Graduate Specialist Online Assessment.

The test process has been successful and we appreciate the feedback we have received via phone calls and emails.

We however also received complaints from candidates who encountered technical glitches in completing or submitting the online test as a result of the representation of the test questions, network issues or laptop failures.

To ensure that no candidate was disadvantaged, we have created the option of re-writing the test for candidates that had issues in the process of writing the test online.

To this end, if you encountered any difficulties in completing the Graduate Specialist Online Assessment on Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday (July 9-12) and would like to seize the opportunity to be re-tested, you will be required to logon to our Test Reschedule Portal (see link below) to formally indicate the challenge you faced.

Kindly find below details of the rescheduled test:

Test Date:         Saturday, 19th July 2014
Time Window:  10am – 5pm 
Test Code:        Same as initial test code

Please note that:

The Test Reschedule Portal will only be available from 7pm on Wednesday, 16th July to 6pm on Friday, 18th July 2014.
Only candidates that submit their interest to be rescheduled for the assessment will get the opportunity to re-write the test
Candidates who did not have issues during the initial assessment should avoid re-writing the test as this might lead to disqualification
To ensure a successful outcome on the test, kindly take note of the following:

Please ensure that you have access to stable internet connection
Please use a computer system to write the test and avoid the use of Tablet or mobile phone device (you will NOT be able to view some of the questions with images properly on a Tablet/Mobile Device)
It is also advised that you use either a Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser to take the assessment.
If you did not encounter any difficulty or challenge in completing and submitting your online test, kindly disregard this message.

Nope..i didn't. My Test went smoothly..ama just be expecting success mail anytime from next week!

A friend of mine was interrupted by power supply the first time, the 2nd time he wasn't fast enough to click the final 'submit' button before his time ran out, he just got this current message now.

I submitted my test successfully, buh all my answers were guessed as I was trying to beat the time. MTN network killed me when I tried using my laptop, settled for my phone which was a huge mistake cuz the time stopped anytime I try to solve and I had to reload, which took me back to question 1, this happened like 17times...is it wise to apply for a reschedule? I don't want to be disqualified as I already have a submitted test.

I got the rescheduled test link both in my mail box and in my phone. My test went well without no issues and I didn't lodge any complaints with them. So, I don't need to take the rescheduled test. You guys don't need to panic if you had no issues with your test, Except for those who really had issues. But if you are re-writing the reschedule test, you know what you are about to go into; You might be given a more difficult test with a very limited time and you might be disqualified. So, before you agree to re-take the test consider what I said. Let's bewise!!!

When did you write your test? was it on the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th of July, 2014? if YES and you are very sure you had internet glitches thereby not submitting properly, then you can re-write the test. If otherwise DON'T re-write for your own good.

I didn't take mgt trainee test (but graduate specialist test) and didn't see this question in my test. The question, if it was asked properly on this thread, is the error and NOT the % of the initial amount. 900% is the ans: (difference/original amount)x100. Saying d error is 1000% is wrong. E.g Assuming d amount given was 200 & d acc wrote 2000, d error is 1800, wch is 900% of 200. If u say it's 1000, then you are saying d error is 2000! That is, the error is actually the total amount the accountant wrote? WRONG!

Saying d error is 1000% is wrong EXCEPT THE QUESTION ON THIS THREAD WASN'T ASKED CORRECTLY.
For e.g Assuming d amount given was 200 & d acc wrote 2000, d error is 1800, wch is 900% of 200. If u say it's 1000, then you are saying d error is 2000! That is, you are saying the error is actually the total amount the account wrote WHICH IS WRONG!

Reason:
%error can be solve in two ways.
1. %error= measured value-actual value/ actual value *100

2.%error= error/actual value *100

The 1. Is use for measurement. And 2. For direct error known without measurement.

Back to the question,

Let assume the actual value is 10. error as a result of additional zero will be 100.

Then the %error will be 100/10 *100=1000%.

You wrote down a formula&ddn't follow it. 100-10=100??

I tried to reschedule with my phone number or email but I was told my details is not in the database. Or would it be that those that have problem on 15th of july are not included............pls wat happened?

yea.. those dt took theirs on d 14th nd 15th r nt included...dy were specific oh...9th-12th..so whether u had prob with submitting or nt nd u wrote on d 14th or 15th beta nt apply 4 rescheduling 4 ur own good oh

Nope, Those who missed/forgot their test for Management Trainee were rescheduled for this Saturday!.

Why not wait and try again another time/day before complaining here. If it does not work, try another browser.

Thanks bro.. Thanks for ur concern. But i'm sick & tired of writing these tests, 3 for dat matter, just for one job dat dey may later offer me 70k as salary... Make i put my mind for beta tinz jare than focus on just 1. Mmmchhhewwwww
