Heyllo my good people. Please, for some of us asking for balm (aboniki rob) recipe kindly check page 4 and 5 of this thread. We treated it here. Help us to use the table of contents provided above to help you navigate the thread easily. Some of us still ask for some things we've already treated here. Whatever we've treated here is free, you don't need to pay for them again unless of course, you solely want to buy my ebooks, or maybe the money is too much and you feel like throwing some around, then it's allowed. Lols. All emails treated and ebooks sent to those that paid for any of them today. Thanks. 2 Likes |

Alright, who is here? The year comes to an end to today, wow. We all want to look our best in the new year, I know. I've decided to drop this recipe here base on our regular request and interest. Good skin definitely means a lot to us. Myself, I feel good when people ask what kind of cream I use and all that too. Smile. Well, I want to drop an organic body scrub recipe for a facial treatment and can equally be applied to any part of the body. If used consistently, in less than two weeks, you should be back here to give testimony. Ok, stay tuned and let's hit the road before 2017. If you miss out, don't worry, your miracle is still on the way. Lmao. Thanks. |

TREATMENT FOR ROUGH SKIN INGREDIENTs: 1. Bananna (ripe one please)------2pieces 2. Walnut flour -----------2 and half spoons (Just grind the walnut into powder or paste if fresh) 3. Sugar------------------------2 spoons 4. Jojoba oil(coconut oil, olive oil)----------------2 spoons 5. Honey--------------------------1 spoon 6. Salt -------------------1/2 spoon (optional) (Any of the above can be used but jojoba oil is more soothing and effective) Direction: - Blend the bannana into smooth paste - Add the walnut (blended) and stir together - Add the honey and stir - Add the salt and stir properly to mix in -Add the oil and stir together to have a well blended and smooth paste Finally, package for use. USAGE: gently rub the paste on your face and massage into face till it looks or feels kind of dry on your face. -If you are going to use as entire body scrub, you may need someone to help apply all over the desired part using the method above. - Allow to stay for 10-15 minutes then rinse off gently. RESULT: This removes dead cells and make the skin feels smooth and very soft. Clears pimples. Generally, good for rough face. Click the share or like button if you read this. Lightning Effect Organic -Turmeric powder-----------1 spoon - lemon juice-----------------2 spoons - Orange peel powder-----1 spoon (Gather the peel and dry, then grind into powder) Inorganic (Synthetic) - Lemon essential oil----2 spoon - Lavender essential oil---2 spoons ( You can get them at any beauty shop). Following the given recipe above, add any of the lighting ingredients and mix properly. Note: If you desire to use everything probably for fast action, use 1/2 spoon each to the given recipe. This mix is very good in treating rough legs (spots) and uneven skin tone. Just follow the given instruction above for application. For sisters longing for hot legs, stay tuned, I may give useful recipes if I have the grace. Ok, go look good in 2017. Thanks. 10 Likes 3 Shares |

Re: Free Skill Acquisition E-Center by Strongbest(m): 8:04pm On Jan 02, 2017 |
Adegokenath: Heyllo Sir, depends on your location. You can buy walnut from those who sell kolanut...... I think it has season though. Walk into any beauty shop to get your jojoba oil. I really wish you didn't quote me. Will appreciate if you can unquote me. Thanks. |

Oga Strongest Happy New year to you an all participants of this our wonderful thread. Please just a quick question, are we to add the lightening effect to the banana formula or us them separately? Also how long can we keep the banana mixture without it getting spoilt? Thanks |
Re: Free Skill Acquisition E-Center by Strongbest(m): 3:49pm On Jan 03, 2017 |
ibizgirl: Heyllo, happy new year ma'am.... -Yes. -it can last 2-4 days. And will last longer if refrigerated. However, if you are not using it for the whole body, you may breakdown the formula to 1/3 so as to use it up before it goes bad. Once you notice a change in color from the original color it has on day one, it's a warning that you have 1-2 days left before it packs off. Thanks. 1 Like |

@ Oga Strongbest, Good afternoon. I just discovered this thread, this is exactly what I am looking for. Please help me out here, I want to go into organic juice packaging like pineapple and orange. Please suggest an organic/natural way of preserving the juices for like 20 days so as to prevent spoilage and maybe fermentation on the part of pineapple juice. Do you know of any natural preservative that can be used? For the artificial preservatives, how safe are they and please, do you know any? |
