This "not restricted" mobility means having access to the crucial information you need regardless of where you are or what device you're using, its more crucial than ever that you’re able to access important files across devices, platforms and apps.

Follow these guild to help keep your documents, address book, email, event calender and files updated wherever and whenever your business leads you.

Sync Your Data Across Multiple Devices

Documents and files. It is necessary to shuttle documents between computers on thumb drives or other external storage. Luckily, we have cloud services such as the SugarSync, Mozy, Box and Dropbox to store files for easy access from any Web-connected device.
One occurring mistake we made when using cloud storage is that we sometimes don't even care to save newly created files in synchronized folders properly. It is possible to synchronize the entire desktop or default document folders to prevent this. But the possibility is to discipline yourself to create all new documents in a synchronized “catchall” folder. I'm going to explain how to use Dropbox as one of the cloud service for a better understanding.

Dropbox Sync

Starting with Strip for iOS 1.6.0, strip creates an encrypted faithful copy of your data and stores it in your Dropbox account. No encrypted data is stored in plain text, on every later attempt to sync, Strip downloads a copy of the encrypted faithful copy, exchanges all changes between the replica (the faithful copy) and your local database, and then replaces the copy out on Dropbox with the updated ones.
Steps on how to sync with Dropbox in Strip for iOS:

Launch Strip for iOS on your iPhone, iPad or your iPod Touch
Tap on the sync tab
Set the Operation row to “Sync” ( not overwrite or restore)
Set the Mode row to “Dropbox”
Tap on the Account row to to let you sign into your Dropbox account
Tap the Start Sync button
Wait for Dropbox to perform sync on your device background

also keeping Emails.

Account setup in email programs: Before performing this operation, make sure your email host or web allows you to choose between IMAP and POP protocols for accessing your email, IMAP is the easiest for multilevel-computer access: it keeps a faithful copy of all emails on the server until you decide to delete them, you can also access the same emails from different devices. If you're using POP: which downloads your emails directly to your computer, note that most email programs have a setting where you can leave a copy of messages on the server until you may decide to delete them. As a POP user, you automatically enjoy same benefits as IMAP user, don't forget that you would have to find and select this setting in your email plan of action (program).
