Southboy: @ lagtech, this really isnt fair. I paid for this item on the 5th of last month it didnt ship that week cos u said shippers were on holiday and u said it ll ship the other week being 13th of August. I mailed you on the 14th to know if it did ship and you confirmed that it did and gave a pick up date of 29th August. When i asked for update abt it some dayz leta u said itz with custom that i shld wait till 13th of september. I was a bit bothered waiting for another 2 weeks for an item that is already in Nigeria before picking up. I waited. Today is now 15th, i asked if its ready for pick up all u said was and i quote '25th to 29th'. I have been following this thread and there is no complain abt shippers delay since i order that item so whats happening to my item. You cant just fix any date you like, i have customers i need to keep happy. How do i explain to them again that the date has changed. Please i need to knw y its taking this long This is very similar to my case. Lagtech you know I don't enjoy complaining here but please we at least deserve an explanation. if not anything you owe us that. Time is and will always remain money. Any time lost is money lost.
