Registration for The African Youths Science & Technology Exhibition (AfroUtTech Expo 2014) has been slated to commence April 28, 2014.

The exhibition which is at its maiden edition is a project by afro partnership development Limited initiated with the sole goal of Harnessing, Creating and Providing platforms for employment to be created by empowering talented youths in the field of Science and Technology especially young inventors and discoverers.

AfroUtTech EXPO 2014 is a physical exposition event which will take place in Lagos between October 20-30, 2014 at the Blue Roof, LTV Complex, Agindingbi, Ikeja, Lagos.

However, the registration which has a target of 500 inventions is going to be open for a limited period of 3 months on the condition that the expected number of inventions is not met but as soon as the limit is struck, the registration will be closed.

In an interview with the initiators of the expo, Abiodun Adegbenro and Johnson Adeleye said" the expo is unlimited with regard to educational background. So whether educated or not as long as you have an invention to showcase and people can invest in it, the entry is open to you. This is based on the fact that most inventors as known in the world today had partial educational grooming."

This is directly creating a pathway to the National Advancement and Development of Nigeria, Its main aim is to empower graduate inventors and discoverers who are largely unemployed. Thus, making those people better equipped to cope with global challenges of the future.

In addition, it will create a unique opportunities for Sponsors of various categories to widen theirbrand mileage. It is also going to be a viable platform where ' inventions will meet with investors"
