Ingredients: 500g flour 100g butter 60g sugar 50g raisins 300ml whole milk 1 egg for the glaze. Method , Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix,do not over mix. Pournon to work top pat down. Cut out and place on to a lined tray. Brush on egg glaze and bake in a preheated oven of 200c for 20 mins. Serve with jam , cream or butter. |

You can subsitute the milk with butter milk or soya milk |
