basic questions about Javascript and html/Css. As long as you go through the home study guide thoroughly, and with some help from Google, it shouldn't be a problem.

There's really nothing to the personality test. Just try to answer it as honestly as possible. The home study test is a Google form test which has like 30 questions (multichoice). They are not timed and it's better to study the home study curriculum well, Google too can be of help for tricky parts.
It's better you take your time to do it. If you pass this phase, you are sent another technical test on qualified io(multichoice with few coding questions). It's timed, but you won't run out of time
After the qualified io, if you did well, you'll be invited for an interview(you'll submit a code challenge before the interview, and defend it to the interviewers).
If the interview is successful, you get selected for boot camp and so on....
Note: if you've not gotten your self right with programming, you shouldn't go to boot camp, but it's not too late to start working on yourself rigorously.

You can open the Google form test to know, attempt it. Also read the home study curriculum well. It is not timed.

After sharing my thought process for the technical challenge that comes with the interview, I was asked a few couple questions like

- Let's meet you
- Tell us about ANDELA.- it's on their about page
- What does FEEDBACK mean to you? Have you gotten one before? How did you go about it? - Better have something to say and make sure it makes sense. Shared an experience in school with my supervisor.
- How would you feel if you don't get to the next phase? The answer is a no-brainer
- What have you learnt RECENTLY from your stack and have you implemented it? (better have something to say) mine was the FETCH API.
- Any questions for us? I asked them what a typical day of an andelan is like and how soon are we going to hear back from them.

Code defence was about 7mins.
The main interview was like 15 mins.

Got the Andela mail(cycle 36). Unfortunately, I wasnt selected for boot camp. No shit.
Even if I had made it to boot camp, no way I would've survived as I just began learning programming a few months ago and I'm pretty much still a novice in front-end dev. with no real knowledge about back-end.
About to apply for cycle 38. I'm definately going to be better by November.
