First they were forcefully consolidated and now the government is telling them how many branches to open. This is disgusting. What good can come out of the forceful government take-over of privately owned banks? |

@Seun, don't be too hasty to conclude in that manner! you know as well as i do that consolidation has done more good than harm to the economy,moreso it really has not been confirmed that all banks must have 250 branches,on the same wavelength it really exposed the fact that majority of those banks of those days were mushroom banks,are you saying Government has indirectly taken over these banks ? |
