In our bid to spread qualitative and efficient building services to many places in Nigeria, we have agreed to start another building for a friend I met right here on nairaland. The details of the project are as follows;

Project: Construction of a 4 bedroom duplex
Location: Owerri, Imo state
Client: A Nairalander
Contractor: Tigerkenn Nig LTD
Budget: N9.5m
Duration: 65 days.

We have gone far with the work, I will be uploading the pictures after they were deleted last month.
